The service team employs hands and minds are in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment, adheres to the quality business practices, and goes the extra mile to make DF Cafe patrons happy. The team applies the steps, instructions, procedures and practices of the Operations Manual.
2-Production
- BAKER
- ASSISSTANT BAKER
Production Team is responsible for creating all DF delicious donuts and baked treats in a
timely, orderly and efficient production function. The production team is responsible for
all aspects of hygiene and cleanliness of the facility, safety of people, equipment and
tools,the freshness and quality of the ingredients, the strict adherence to the production
procedures,and the cost control checks.
Experience in food manufacturing environment is a plus.
3-Distribution
- DRIVER
Responsible for timely and efficient operation of distribution function v(daily loading and
delivering of products).
Safe driving, vehicles readiness and cleanliness are personal responsibility.
4- Maintenance
- MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Responsible for preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and sanitation of facility.
Electromechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance experience is a must.
